About the Team
At Nutanix, you will be joining the Systems Engineering team, a globally distributed group that thrives on autonomy and innovation. Our team is designed to empower individuals to take ownership of their projects and collaborate seamlessly across various time zones. This culture of autonomy encourages creative problem-solving, allowing team members to drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will report to a hands-on manager who prioritizes mentorship and collaboration - dedicated to fostering your personal and professional growth. The work setup is primarily remote, with team members connecting from different locations, allowing for flexibility in how and where you operate. You will be expected to work in the office just three days a month, providing a balance of in-person team interaction and remote work. There will also be travel requirements for team meetings and client engagements, ensuring you have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and customers face-to-face.
Your Role
- Articulate and demonstrate the value of Nutanix solutions to clients and partners.
- Analyze customer business needs and tailor Nutanix solutions accordingly.
- Lead technical discussions during sales processes, from discovery to proposal.
- Support and empower channel partners through training and product updates.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations at events and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely execution of action plans.
- Achieve targeted sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction through successful implementations.
What You Will Bring
- Proven customer-facing skills, particularly at C-level and line management.
- Extensive technical experience with virtualization technologies and data center solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Structured thinking with excellent presentation and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while executing detailed action plans.
- Background in pre-sales consulting or technical support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Nutanix products and solutions is a plus.
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
